general shipping information

For the majority of shipping we use Royal Mail which will be a signed for and insured service. Upon despatch you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number for your order. If outside of the UK your tracking number will still work with the link provided, however your local postal service will fulfil the delivery.

  • Within the UK from £2.50 

  • Worldwide a flat rate of £10 covers an unlimited amount. This is a tracked and insured service for peace of mind

GARAGES

  • Within the UK from £4.50 

  • Worldwide from £15.50 This is a tracked and insured service for peace of mind

Non-Delivery / Damaged Goods Claims

Items sent in the UK are generally received within 2-3 days. The Royal Mail stipulate lost items as not being delivered until after 10 working days. We will refund the full amount for lost items after this time, naturally we want you to receive your items, but we have to wait until the stipulated time passes before making claims. On busy occasions, such as Christmas, delivery may take a little longer than expected so don't worry too much if your items aren't with you within their aimed 2-3-day window.

For items sent outside of the UK there are various leadtimes depending on your location. Whilst we generally see a 5-7 working day delivery time the maximum length before a package is described as lost varies. If you haven't received your items after 10 working days please contact us with your order reference to resolve the issue as swiftly as possible.

For damaged goods please contact us to resolve the issue. A refund or replacement is at your discretion.

refunds & exchanges

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your order you may return them for a no quibble refund. All we ask is they are returned in the same condition they are received in for a full refund, minus postage. It is your responsibility to cover the return postage costs.
